Project: Lynden Sports Center – Boat Storage Facility

Project Information: This project originated from a referral by the owner’s architect. We were able to work together to design and build an efficient facility that can provide dry storage for pontoon boats stacked three high. FCC Construction was responsible for the building shell, this consisted of the foundations, masonry, structural framing, siding, doors and windows. The building’s structural framing is designed with removable cross member that can be moved vertically to facilitate a range of boat heights.
