Project Information: Building in the midst of a global pandemic came with its hurdles. Despite a statewide shut-down and numerous scheduling set-backs, Team FCC deliver this beautiful modern gym, and the parking lot has been full since the doors were opened. The new and improved ‘Cali Fitness’, now Max Effort Performance, boasts all new customized exercise equipment, locker rooms, a kettlebell room, batting cages for baseball training, and five exam rooms for the in-house chiropractor. Construction included many unique features, such as energy efficiencies like LED lighting, premium insulated wall panels and a roof system that permits an extra layer of thermal insulation.
