Project Information: The Gun Lake Casino Marketing & IT Office expansion was a very unique project. The client proposed a 2 story internal office addition in the shell space of their existing offices. Project criteria was to get the 2 story internal structure with maximum ceiling heights, open office concept with transparent private offices and an executive level conference room. The design and budgeting process took roughly 5 months and with the high level of drawing and finish details the construction, including new footings and structure was completed in just over 3 months.
