Project Information: Over the years, Duncan Aviation has become a historic multi state construction relationship.​ The 68,000 square foot Maintenance Building project includes a 280-foot clear span​ structure. The impressive open floor space includes the efficacy of a Simple Saver roof​ system delivering a R-43 isolation factor and a built-in fall protection system providing​ employee safety throughout. In addition to the vast hangar space we constructed the two-​ story structural steel office that incorporated custom designed stair and railing along with​ unique marquee canopies.
