Project: New Life Transport Parts Center

Project Information: HTI completed New Life Transport’s 59,000 SF expansion around Thanksgiving 2023, just over a year after breaking ground. The addition—with 24-foot sidewalls, a dozen loading docks, and two grade-level doors—was essential to relieve space constraints that had forced outdoor storage of critical parts. Built on the south end of an active facility, the project required precise coordination between dispatch and our superintendent to manage daily movement of 20–25 trucks and maintain traffic flow throughout construction.
