Project Information: FCC Construction was hired for a complex design-build project requiring coordination with mechanical and electrical teams. Pre-construction began in summer 2018; construction started in December 2019. We supplied a pre-engineered metal building, insulated wall and roof panels, an overhead crane, and a 15' x 70' x 8' ridge vent—assembled on the ground and lifted into place. The acoustical wall system, over 10 inches thick, used mineral wool in perforated steel panels, along with traditional insulated panels for the envelope.
