Project: Vanlaan Concrete Office Renovation

Project Information: The Vanlaan Concrete office renovation was a complete demolition and renovation of there existing office space that had last been touched in 80’s. This was a design build project where FCC contracted and Architectural and MEP trade partner design. Interior finishes and design were coordinated directly with FCC and ownership to come up with this rustic yet modern look. The custom woodwork was all FCC built in place from a rustic maple hardwood. The project was roughly 2 1/2 month schedule which include complete floor demo and install of in-floor radiant heating system.
