Project: Martin Township Offices

Project Information: Maintaining access to the operational fire station was paramount. Providing space and access to each of the doors at all times was done through use of site fencing, signage and close coordination with the fire department. Additionally, the fire station addition was added to the scope just before the completion of the office addition. Through close coordination with subcontractors and the township, FCC was able to minimize the cost and schedule impact for the late change.
