Project: Gun Lake Casino Administration Office Renovation

Project Information: The administration office for the casino is in an existing office built with in a preengineered metal building system. We were hired as the design build contractor to renovate a portion of the office and build an new entry vestibule on the exterior of the building. The office space included new floor plan layout, new mechanical systems, new electrical/lighting, and an upgraded lobby area. The lobby area incorporated custom wood work, millwork, cultured stone, decorative lighting and LVT flooring. The project including the vestibule addition was completed in 3 months as a single phase project.
