Project Information: The Lansing branch was established when the owner purchased this foreclosed building and revamped it into a new tire sales & service center. FCC worked with the owner from the base budget and conceptual design to help justify the purchase of the building. Upon purchase, FCC worked with Dixon Architecture and Exxel Engineering, working through the site plan approval and permitting process. The Project included a complete renovation of the building and site. Including a new office, a renovated shop, new loading docks, new parking, and a retention pond.
