Project Information: FCC Construction built a new community pool at Sandy Pines Resort with stunning lake views. To meet tight deadlines, most work was completed in the off-season. The project repurposed a former playground, requiring equipment removal and site prep. Crews installed new water mains and extended natural gas lines from a quarter mile away to power two 400,000 BTU heaters. The 3,593-sf pool holds over 103,000 gallons and features two racing lanes and a zero-entry wading area—a modern, heated, family-friendly addition to the resort.
