Project: Leighton Township Offices - Addition

Location: Leighton Township, MI

Square Footage: 6,900SF

Project Information: The biggest challenges had to do with the existing utilities as they were on the wall the addition attached to. Keeping the existing library occupiable and with power, water, and gas with minimal impact was very important and was done so by sequencing the work to reduce downtimes to less than 1 hour. Additionally the work was phased to maintain a clean and occupiable space for the occupants through the use of temporary walls and dust control measures.
