Project Description: Through an interview process FCC was selected as the general contractor at the time of 80% drawing completion. FCC was selected based on preconstruction services and general contractor capabilities. Upon award FCC worked with the owners and architects to budget, provide constructability recommendations and value engineering through design completion.
